Meet your Case Manager Nicole Bilbao. Originally hailing from the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Cuba, Nicole brings a rich blend of experiences and perspectives when it comes to helping other immigrants like herself. With over a decade of experience in hotel management, she has honed her skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving. Currently, she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Archaeology at the University of Central Florida while working as a dedicated Case Manager. In addition to her title of Case Manager - she wears multiple hats within the organization and serves as our Human Resources Manager and Accountant. Outside of her professional pursuits, Nicole's adventurous spirit shines through her love for globetrotting and immersing herself in the world's diverse art scenes and cultural diversity.
